Information we collect

When you create an EduProd account, we may collect your name, email address, mobile number, current class, account credentials in securely hashed form, subscription information and related account activity. Our hosting systems may also record technical information such as IP address, browser type and requested pages.

How we use information

We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide purchased educational access, operate password recovery, send transactional communications, provide support, prevent misuse and improve the service.

Payments

Payments are processed through the payment gateway used on the checkout page. EduProd does not need to store complete card or banking credentials. We may retain transaction references, amounts and payment status required to confirm subscriptions, provide support and maintain records.

Email service

Transactional emails such as welcome messages and password-reset links may be delivered through Brevo or another configured email service provider.

Security

Passwords are stored as cryptographic password hashes rather than readable passwords. We use reasonable technical measures to protect account information, although no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention

Account and transaction records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, support users, meet record-keeping requirements and resolve disputes.

External services

EduProd may link to external services such as YouTube, Instagram and subject learning applications. Their own privacy policies apply when you use those services.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask about the personal information associated with your EduProd account or to request correction of inaccurate account information, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.
