Digital Delivery Policy

No physical shipping

EduProd subscriptions are digital educational services. No physical product is shipped and no courier or postal delivery is involved.

How access is delivered

After a successful payment is verified, the purchased subject entitlement is linked to the learner's registered EduProd account. The learner can then access the subscribed content by logging in with the registered email address.

Delivery timing

Digital access is normally activated immediately after successful payment verification. If access is not activated because of a technical issue, contact support@edunudge.in with the registered email address and payment details.

Subscription validity

For II PU students, access remains active until one month after the upcoming KCET examination. For I PU students, access remains active until one month after the following year's KCET examination. The applicable access period will be shown before purchase and in the learner's account.
